National pastors and church leaders have the opportunity to influence large numbers of people in their world. However, many of these leaders have never had access to training—either in biblical studies or practical ministry skills—creating a critical need. Complex cultural issues and the absence of traditional training opportunities compound this problem. As the worldwide church grows, more leaders are desperately needed.
The International Training Institute (ITI) provides a way for mature leaders to develop. Using an eight-course curriculum, the ITI model involves separate four-day face-to-face teaching opportunities. Each four-day session allows students to take two courses. In addition to the curriculum, the training is highly relational, providing times of prayer and interaction. Our desire is to teach and model the truth. Through ITI, we want to engage the hearts, minds, and lives of each participant.
The ITI is facilitated through the 501(c)3 non-profit, Network Beyond. Founded in 2009, Network Beyond exists to resource the transformation of people and communities. Leadership Development is a core focus of Network Beyond.
ITI courses are currently taught in 22 countries around the world, with leaders in 10 more countries requesting training. We've held ITIs in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

The ITI has a large teaching staff of pastors, missionaries, and Christian leaders. Some are even graduates of the program. Each invests a week or two in the lives of Christians from all over the world. Participants come eager to learn. Most of our students are practitioners, involved in serving Christ.
